How we verify our information
Most blank-character sites sort their codepoints by technical name and leave the rest to trial and error. We do it the other way around: every character is grouped by how it actually behaves against form validation, and that grouping is checked automatically against the official Unicode database each time the site is published. If a check fails, the site does not publish.
What cannot be checked automatically — say, whether an app changed its rules this week — we state honestly and correct as soon as someone points it out.
Why it is free
All the processing happens in your browser: we need neither expensive servers nor user accounts. The site may some day carry ads to cover its costs — and if it does, that will be stated openly in the privacy policy first.

A character stopped working in your app? Something on the site is broken or unclear? Write to contact@invisibleletters.com — reports like these are exactly what keep our information correct.
